# ARC used for decoding on-chain local and global states into meaningful information

This solution is written in JS/TS, correct? We do have a repo setup with templates & an implementation standard, but our approach would be to have it written in Python.

I guess to make everyone happy we would need to have two files with exact same code but with two language implementations. Shouldn’t be difficult once it is implemented in one of the two to translate it to the other.
