How are passive Algo holders rewarded?  
Apart from a possible increase of value of the token over time?

I’m committing my Algo every three months and trying to vote on governance.  
Should most Algo holders even vote?  
As we probably don’t fully understand what we voting for.

Am I in a minority or a silent majority?
