next measures can you guys limit the budget/spending so that the Foundation and Inc. can stop dumping ALGO? the issue here is adoption and its hard to gain adoption when a new users see ALGO dropping 15-20% month to month. also when are any of the past proposals implemented? we are voting and discussing but the proposals either gets rejected or when its approved nothing actually happens. just an update to start would be very encouraging to governors knowing that their time is not wasted on useless voting. can we start discussing the next measures before its actually proposed to the community? with all the suggestions here having gone to waste for the last month because the original proposal is going forward anyway seems to defeat the purpose of voting when its already pretty much been decided. --- _[View the full topic](https://forum.algorand.co/t/feedback-requested-on-proposed-q3-2022-governance-measures/7587)._
