I am not liking the bailout idea considering it rewards failure. For instance I would rather have 50 strong projects rather than 100 projects with half of them bleeding soaking funds of the ecosystem and tossing them into a fire. Funds should be better used for new projects that have huge potential. Bailouts never work they really dont the end result is somebody else gets screwed which would be individuals holding Algorand coins as you dump token to depress the price to save dumpster fires who are dumping tokens for cash you cause inflation and thats why everything right now in the world is riddled with inflation and it starts with copious spending riddled with foolishness.
