# Is the Governance API Open Source?

As in the subject, I wondered if the API used to decide whether an account is eligible or not are Open Source

The API is public:  
[https://governance.algorand.foundation/api/documentation/](https://governance.algorand.foundation/api/documentation/)

The server code is not yet open source to my knowledge.
