We have re-submitted the proposal, since it failed in previous round due to approximately 50% inactive xgovs (which were now removed as part of the system maintenance). Thank you all for your continuous support. Proposal itself is unchanged, we only added extra clarification about MIT license and about Simon (xGov council member) abstaining from voting on our proposal.
