I’m creating a partecipation node in algorand. I’ve read the documentation and watched some video. I’ve downloaded the node and it’s running, now i wanted to create the key for the partecipation account, i was watching this video: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahCqIE7Ih\_0](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahCqIE7Ih_0) where he mention to create the private key on an offline computer. But i do not understand how can i generate a new account on an offline computer with the goal command line tool? Because from what i understood the goal command line is downloaded together with the node, but on my offline computer i do not want to download a node.
