One challenge that will likely become critical over the next few years is how these kinds of decentralized communication and post-quantum systems can remain lightweight enough to scale efficiently across increasingly distributed environments.
As autonomous agents and machine-to-machine interactions continue to grow, we’ll probably need new approaches around:

lightweight verification,

distributed trust compression,
-
fast synchronization,
-
certified state distribution,
-
and low-cost validation mechanisms for constrained clients.
Especially if decentralized communication layers are expected to operate at very large scale while remaining trust-minimized.
Really interesting proposal and direction for the ecosystem.
