In this consensus upgrade, we increase the application size to 2KB with the option to add up to 6KB more, bringing the total max size to 8KB. Currently, applications up to 2KB in size can be updated, while applications between 2KB and 8KB in size can not. This discrepancy will be resolved in the next consensus upgrade and all applications of any size, including ones that have already been created, will updateable. Please note - 2KB applications can still be updated.
