If Global quorum is not met xGov who voted still have their Algos while those who didn’t vote are removed from the xGov Pool, exactly like it happens now. The only additional effect is that the vote session is declared invalid and no Fund distribution happens, until the next Voting Session.

The ethos is not distributing algos in any case just because some projects did their proposals, the ethos is to distribute algos to projects who received sufficient support by the xGovs. I reiterate that receiving 10% of the needed support is a poor performance and I think we shouldn’t support them …
