# Where is my algorand? please help me!

online support which is watching you how you enter the seed phrase seems quite scammy to me

also “node string error generating from your wallets RPC” does not seem as the algorand thing

if you shared recovery seed to your hw wallet (i assume ledger) to third party, they can steal all your assets even withouth the device

Check if your address still have the assets availabe at [https://allo.info/](https://allo.info/) (just enter there your algorand address)… If yes, and you shared recovery seed to third party, i recommend to move your assets away asap
