The past 3 weeks we have been trying to receive approval from the Algorand Foundation to share the contract with the xGov Council under NDA. It doesn’t look likely that this will be granted
We realise you said the formal compliance check happens “only after a proposal has been approved by the community” however this is something which we would prefer can be sorted out now. It’s already been 2 months of back and forth, we don’t want to do the vote only for the xGov Council to reject the proposal at then end.
As a side note, Folks Finace xALGO will abstain from the vote.
