ARC proposal for soulbounded tokens

I was thinking about this idea to create an ARC that modulate soul bounds tokens.
They should be unique and nontransferable.

I am thinking of a couple of use cases like University certifications or proof of attendance to a certain event. May be in the future you can tokenize inheritance rights in the way or something like that.

Yes, it is a good idea, and we are already on it.
