How do i store patient data on Algorand? New to Algorand!

I have been working through available tutorials to understand how the Algorand blockchain operates. I am developing a healthcare app that aims to store patient health data on the Algorand blockchain. The app will be used by different hospitals, with patient data distributed across these healthcare providers. Access to a patient’s health data will be granted when their private or public key is provided. Healthcare practitioners with permission on the platform will be able to access patients’ health data. To minimize costs, I am conducting all of this on the Algorand testnet. However, I am unsure how to achieve this on the Algorand blockchain.
