Is there an USDC testnet dispenser?

I tried using: https://dispenser.testnet.aws.algodev.network/

But it does not let me retrieve USDC for some reason.

You need to opt-in to the ASA before you can use it or if you use Myalgo Wallet, you can swap your test Algo for the listed test coins eg USDT, USDC…

Folks guys has created asa 67395862 for example… Folks Finance But their testnet amm or algodex distribution is quite low…
