KMD function without running a node

Using third party service, is there a way I can use KMD function to manage keys in my application? Or any other class does same function using Purestake?

Contrary to algod which can be shared between many users, each user would most likely need to have a different kmd instance. I think it is unlikely that any provider would provide kmd as an API service.
