Hi Ludo, when you try multiple times with the same name and different email addresses, the system catches it as a fraudulent attempt.
What you should do, when your first attempt doesn’t work, is to raise the issue here, before going through the process again with different information.
I’ll speak to the legal team and revert here with the next steps.

Remember, proposal submissions are currently paused, pending clearing all current proposals to increase the minimum voting session.
Hi, now it looks like i cannot pass the email validation phase. When i submit the correct code which arrives to the email, it makes the numbers red and writes error “Sorry, something went wrong. Please contact our support team.”
in the network tab i see the different error..

i wrote to their support and it was not solved.. so i registered with new email, and sumsub told me that i am verified. on the xgov page i did not see any change.. there is always text Start your verification.. Later after few days i did it again, and the form was already filled in but it requested new fields if i am politicaly exposed person. I filled it in and sumsub says that i am verified. The xgov page still says “Start the verification” ..
May I suggest that you may have not correct connection to sumsub from the xgov page as the web should say “Verified by sumsub, waiting for AF to confirm the registration” or something like that. I see that there is text that it may take 1 business day to process the verification, but it is strange that it is already few days in this state.

Thanks, i can see now that i am proposer. However I tried to create a proposal and i received following error:

any idea what could go wrong? Is the smart contract somewhere in the github so that i can check what is at pc 2495?

thx for info.. and another suggestion for the ux design is to use the generated client error handling properly.. there is already feature that if dev asserts something in the smart contract and error is thrown, it may be shown to the user on the frontend..

Hi, I have noticed that the web shows me now Become proposer button. Also my xGov account with which i have voted now does not seem to be registered. Also the xGov account for different account where i was not able to vote in any proposal becuase i registered it just recently ~ 2 weeks ago is not registered. It seems like the whole xgov contract was wiped out out of the xgovs and proposers. Or is there new contract in place and will have to register everything again? Are you going to refund the registration fees? 100 algo for proposer and 10 algo per xGov account? Am i going to need to register with new email address or use the same one i successfully registered as proposer? I dont want to face the same issues as is in this thread..
Btw with my xGov account i have voted for proposal I like and i did not vote for proposals i did not like because it was more likely that it will not pass the 70% xGov accounts to be voted. So the discussion of removing the xGovs who do not vote is little strange as some xgov accounts did not have even ability to vote and some non votes were on purpose.
